Tuition Fee Payments

Tuition payments may be made in 2 installments as determined by the schedule of fee payments through the School Accounting Office. Each payment must be received by the due date to avoid incurring late fees.

Schedule of Installments

First Installment: 1 August, 2023 Second Installment: 4 January 2024

Late fees

Payments that are not received by the due date will have the penalty of an interest rate of 2% compounded monthly. 

New Enrollments

Students enrolling after the payment date will have a 5 day grace period before late fees will be applied.

Re-enrollments

Students are considered re enrolled automatically unless the main office is notified in writing by 1 August of the coming school year. Late fees will apply for tuition as stated above. 

Tuition Fee Sibling Discounts

There are no tuition discounts offered for siblings in the American Program at ACT. Tuition fees include the following:

a) Attendance of all classes in accordance with the program of the relevant Student's Grade Level

b) Access to the School cafeteria, facilities, and library in compliance with the School Handbook and instructions of the School staff

c) After-school activities. Please note there may be exceptions where some charges are levied. Any exceptions will be advertised by the relevant activity organizers.

Tuition fees do not include:

a) School Uniform Set (150 Euro)

b) Transportation (900 Euro - may also be paid in 2 installments)

c) School textbooks as required for instruction (varies by Grade level)

Calculator for Grade 11 Students

Students in Grade 11 are required to have a TI-84 Plus calculator.

There are no exceptions to this requirement. Students may supply their own, or purchase one from the school. The cost of this calculator is up to 300 Euro. Once the school has procured a best quoted cost and supplier, Grade 11 students and their parents will be informed of the cost, should they wish to purchase one from the school.

Exceptional Circumstances

In exceptional family circumstances that would result in a late payment, families may request an appointment with the AC Senior Administrator, Ervin Shehu, who will address the situation.
